The Financial Aid Assistant is responsible for general financial aid customer service by answering calls, emails, chats, and other inquiries. This role involves processing online forms and conducting quality assurance of reported and submitted information, and assisting students at a campus location if needed. Houston Community College (HCC) is one of the country’s largest singly-accredited, open-admission, community colleges, offering associate degrees, certificates, workforce training, and lifelong learning opportunities across 14 Centers of Excellence and numerous satellite centers in the Greater Houston area.
