Requirements

• Secret clearance (with the ability and willingess to obtain up to a TS/SCI).
• 2-4 years of experience in personnel security or FSO support.
• Strong understanding of DCSA systems and clearance workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing and able to be onsite in Reston, VA 3-4 days/week

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day personnel security operations.
• Process clearance actions in DISS/NBIS and maintain accurate records.
• Support investigations, reinvestigations, and briefings/debriefings.
• Deliver annual security and insider threat awareness training.
• Track foreign travel, incident reports, and DD254 requirements.
• Assist the FSO with self-inspections and audit preparation.
