This position is Hybrid, can be a fully Remote position for the right candidate. GAI’s Power Business Unit focuses on developing and supporting Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients. As an Assistant Engineering Manager at GAI, you will have the opportunity to manage civil engineering and permitting tasks, delegate and provide direction to engineering/drafting staff, and lead and review the development of calculations, drawings, and associated project deliverables. You also will develop proposals and monitor budgets. Communication skills are essential to this position, as an Assistant Engineering Manager will need to effectively coordinate with internal and external clients as well as their Engineering Division Manager, Business Sector Leader, and other engineering discipline leads (such as mechanical, electrical, process, environmental, and geotechnical engineering). #INDHP
