ASSTISTANT, EMAIL & SMS MARKETING

We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products. POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant, Email Marketing & SMS Marketing will play a pivotal role within the digital marketing team at FULLBEAUTY Brands, driving digital engagement and revenue through strategic email marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for the seamless execution of daily email campaigns, managing relationships with external agencies, and delivering insightful reports on email performance to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years of digital marketing experience with strong focus on email
- Strong Communication Skills (Presentation, verbal and written skills)
- Strong Project Management experience, either in Client/Agency environment
- Knowledge of web design and usability (basic HTML)
- Tech-Savvy (Stay ahead of trends, tech news, emerging media, etc.)
- Innovative (Think outside the box, be creative and resourceful)
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
- Strong teamwork skills, ability to listen, contribute as a positive and solution oriented team player
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of end-to-end email marketing operations for 2–3 brands, including campaign setup, QA/testing, deployment, and coordination with the email operations agency
- Assist in developing and maintaining email marketing calendars and campaign plans aligned with each brand’s promotional and merchandising calendar
- Help evaluate, streamline, and improve email operational workflows in partnership with the third-party agency to support efficient execution
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations to support future email optimizations
- Build audience segments for email campaigns and assist in the execution of A/B testing initiatives
- Support the development of monthly SMS campaign plans by reviewing historical performance, key seasonal moments, and promotional priorities in partnership with the Manager
- Execute SMS campaign setup, including scheduling, link insertion, copy implementation, and A/B testing
- Coordinate with the Copy team to develop and finalize SMS messaging
- Support the execution of SMS campaigns end-to-end, including legal/compliance checks, testing, and deployment
