The Office of Disciplinary Counsel seeks to hire an inspired, positive, and collaborative litigator for the position of Assistant Disciplinary Counsel. The candidate must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted and in good standing in Ohio or another state, and have practiced law for a minimum of seven years. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and proven courtroom presence, a commitment to the highest ethical standards, and the desire to join a dedicated and collaborative team of professionals. This position reports directly to the Disciplinary Counsel. The Assistant Disciplinary Counsel will conduct themselves with humility, empathy, integrity, respect, and fairness and will contribute positively to a culture of trust and collegiality. The Assistant Disciplinary Counsel will have a keen analytical mind, maintain attention to detail, be comfortable with technology, and demonstrate a team-oriented work philosophy.
