Launch UC is UC's Secondary Enrollment Partnership generator, responsible for programs such as College Credit Plus, Dual Enrollment, Tech Prep, and Early College. The Assistant Director, Secondary Enrollment Partnerships will serve as Assistant Director of Student Affairs and Academic Advising by providing leadership and strategic oversight of student affairs and academic advising functions within the unit. This role ensures a holistic approach to student success through policy advocacy and integrating academic guidance with co-curricular support. The Assistant Director collaborates across departments to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the student experience, promote matriculation, retention, student success, and uphold university standards.
