Primary Purpose: Oversees all aspects of admission, recruitment, financial aid, and reenrollment efforts for the School. Serves as a member of the School's Leadership Team, and works closely with all School constituencies.

Requirements

Ability to effectively assess reports, commentaries, and research materials and make decisions based on a variety of information sources.
Ability to listen, respond appropriately, and make decisions in the interests of the school and its students.
Excellent communication skills.
Admission-related experience in an independent school.
Experience in managing financial aid processes.
Experience in marketing school programs to the public.
Ability to manage department budget.
An understanding of individual differences in learning styles.
Bachelor's Degree
Five (5) years experience in an independent school setting.

Responsibilities

Directs the Admissions Department - Grades PK-12
Oversees the Financial Aid and Scholarship Awards for the entire school.
Represents the school at special outside events designed to increase community awareness of school.
Plans and coordinates Special Events
Works with Advancement teams to identify potential donors to the school.
