About The Position

This position is responsible for leading enterprise-wide pricing strategy, trade optimization, and revenue growth initiatives that directly impact profitability and commercial performance. The person in this role will oversee pricing architecture, trade investment strategy, predictive analytics, and long-range planning. They will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, FP&A, IT, and Category Development to embed a data-driven RGM mindset and influence decision-making at senior levels. This position is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership expectations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or statistics.
  • Master of Business Administration with an analytics focus preferred.
  • 15+ years of commercial, analytics, or sales leadership experience within food, beverage, or CPG industries; consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Strategy, and Consulting.
  • Experience with TPM/RGM KPIs (e.g., ROI on trade spend, promotion lift).
  • Proven track record working in both emerging and mature brand environments.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams with a focus on innovation and measurable results.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools and advanced data management.
  • Excellent communication skills with developed executive presence.
  • Ability to manage complex data, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
