About The Position

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst supports commercial strategy by analyzing pricing, promotions, mix, and competitive dynamics to drive profitable growth. This role translates quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams, helping shape pricing and promotional decisions and supporting revenue and margin objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in CPG analytics, Revenue Management, Pricing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Finance. Experience with retailer or syndicated data (e.g., Circana/IRI/Kantar/Nielsen) is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to build dashboards and communicate insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with price elasticity analysis and/or regression modeling.
  • Familiarity with programming or data tools (SQL, Python, R) a plus.
  • Experience preparing customer or executive-ready presentations.
  • Understanding of RGM frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Analyze pricing trends, price gaps, and competitive pricing to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support development of price ladders/curves, pricing models, and scenario planning.
  • Evaluate pricing impacts on volume, revenue, and profitability.
  • Analyze promotional performance, lift and ROI, distinguishing between base and promo-driven volume.
  • Evaluate trade investment effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Support creation and refinement of promotional guardrails and guidelines.
  • Monitor product and format performance, identifying mix and portfolio optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive behavior, and category dynamics to support strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking tools to monitor revenue, price realization, and promo effectiveness.
  • Automate reporting processes and improve analytic deliverables to accelerate insights-to-action.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Category, Finance, and Marketing teams to align RGM insights with business priorities.
  • Contribute to line reviews, business planning cycles, and periodic commercial performance reviews.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels.
