The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Director of Staff Development to plan, organize, develop and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years college
- Must have a minimum if two(2) years experience in a nursing care facility.
- Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.
- Must possess skills in leadership and communication.
- Must possess creativity, integrity and initiative.
