Reporting to the Director of the Aulbani J. Beauregard Center for Equity, Justice, and Freedom, the Assistant Director of Programming and Engagement provides engagement opportunities, support, advocacy, and outreach to students from historically excluded and underserved backgrounds and ally students at the University. The Assistant Director is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and assessing signature programming. The Assistant Director supervises student staff and interns and responds to student concerns and feedback to advocate for their success. The Assistant Director serves as a key administrator in the operations and financial management of programs within the Beauregard Center. The Assistant Director serves as an advisor and resource for students. The Assistant Director is a fully on-site position that collaborates with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders to develop resources and implement initiatives in support of community, equity, and inclusion at the university.
