About The Position

Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Location: Springfield, MO Full Time | Monday through Friday | Day Schedule We are adding to our already amazing team! Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a strong clinical leader to step into an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role in Springfield. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who is ready to grow into leadership or continue building on an established leadership background. As ADON, you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, guiding nursing staff, and ensuring patients receive high quality, compliant, and compassionate care. You will play a key role in both the day-to-day success of the team and the long-term growth of the department.
