Assistant Director of Nursing Spring Creek Healthcare Center, Millcreek Utah Spring Creek Healthcare Center is proud to provide both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care to our adult residents. Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Utah)
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to document clearly and accurately
  • A genuine passion for caring for the geriatric population

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership experience in long-term care is a plus
