About The Position
Agawam South Rehab & Nursing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing ADON to fill a full-time position . You'll be r esponsible for assisting the DON in directing and supervising nursing staff members, while maintaining the highest degree of quality care. We would like to speak with an Assistant Director of Nursing ADON who is organized and motivated. While you will be assisting the DON in planning, organizing, and directing, the Assistant Director of Nursing ADON must possess the ability to make independent decisions and judgments.
