ASSISTANT DIRECTOR HUMAN RESOURCES Our client has engaged us to help them identify an Assistant Director of Human Resources for their HealthCare and Nursing Facility located in lower Westchester county (Mt. Vernon/White Plains/New Rochelle areas). This position plays a key role in helping to drive the HR agenda with an employee base of 400 employees dispersed across a campus of multiple business units. The HR team consists of four professionals responsible for all HR and Labor Relations functions. You will lead and implement impactful initiatives that help drive key HR & business outcomes for the organization. To achieve this, you'll bring a package of skills and experience that include demonstrated and strong communication and follow-up skills - critical skills needed in your approach to work in this fast paced environment. Other HR and leadership skills needed include experience with employee relations, leave management, HRIS workflow, compensation and benefits and employee data management. Finally, you'll have a collaborative work and management style that will successfully advance HR actions within the organization. Starting salary of $95k-$100k along with a full benefits program to include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), paid time off and more!
