The Assistant Director oversees the activities and grant management of the Supportive Services of Veteran Families (SSVF) program and provides support to the Shelter 4Hope program for people in permanent supportive housing. The responsibilities include ensuring staff compliance with agency policies, meeting grant requirements, and representing the agency and programs in the community. The Assistant Director directly supervises the Case Manager Supervisor and special roles, including Intake Coordinators, the Health Care Navigator and the Employment Specialist. The person in this role also completes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the SSVF program in a timely and accurate manner. The Assistant Director also provides guidance and support to the supportive housing team.
