The stunning resort features 433 rooms (including 51 impeccably designed suites and 10 spacious family suites), 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space a tranquil spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, the marketplace and in-room dining. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing the operations of six food and beverage outlets and directly overseeing 12 Food & Beverage leaders and 70 Front of House team members. The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion and the ability to drive the business forward through innovation, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance, social media reputation, local market capture, and employee relations). At least five (5) years of prior fine dining food and beverage management experience is required. Familiarity with Forbes Standards and strong beverage knowledge is a plus.
