The Assistant Director of Catering Operations assists the Director of Catering Operations across the two facilities at the Seattle Convention Center. The Assistant Director of Catering Operations assists with planning and leading the entire catering operation at the facility. The Assistant Director of Catering Operations assists with responsibility for the Catering team as well as planning and completing catering orders and special events. Additionally, the Assistant Director assists with meeting budgets and financial goals of the department.
