The Assistant Director - Central Campus is responsible for training, development, and planning. This role supports the Director in further developing and refining the college's academic advising model, incorporating a guided pathways approach to student enrollment and retention, creating a seamless transition for students into academic programs. The Assistant Director - Central Campus participates in hiring and managing of staff within Academic Advising as well as participates in departmental evaluations as part of the annual review process. The Assistant Director also serves as a senior expert advisor, providing holistic academic advising to students from entry to completion.
