The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage serves as the strategic operational partner to the Director of Food & Beverage and is being developed as a future Food & Beverage executive leader within Town and Country Resort and CoralTree Hospitality. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with executive development, preparing the individual to lead a large-scale, multi-outlet resort Food & Beverage division. The Assistant Director helps drive financial performance, operational excellence, leadership development, and innovative programming across all restaurant, bar, banquet, and experiential venues. This position is designed for a leader ready to transition from operational management into enterprise-level leadership.
