The Assistant Director, Disabilities and Inclusion plays a vital role in advancing JUF’s Disabilities and Inclusion agenda. This role emphasizes building collaborative partnerships, expanding residential service offerings, and being an advocate and issue area leader on the needs of individuals with disabilities in the Jewish community. You will manage JUF’s Encompass Program which focuses on the needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families and help centralize JUF efforts in the broader disabilities and inclusion space.
