Requirements

- Previous experience in a deli or food service environment.
- Experience in a supervisory role, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong detail-oriented skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Deli Manager in all aspects of restaurant operation, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
- Supervise and train deli staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products, while minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Ensure all food preparation and handling procedures comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.
