Pacific College of Health and Science seeks an experienced nursing educator and leader to serve as Assistant Dean for Clinical Affairs in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at our New York campus. The BSN program integrates holistic and integrative health principles with contemporary nursing practice to prepare graduates who provide safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care across diverse populations. The Assistant Dean for Clinical Affairs serves as the academic and administrative leader for all aspects of clinical education within the BSN program. As a key member of the Dean's leadership team, the Assistant Dean ensures that every clinical learning environment supports program outcomes, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance while promoting excellence, equity, and innovation in clinical learning.
