Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed daycare center
- Experience supporting infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children
- Strong understanding of classroom structure and daily routines
- Only applicants with verifiable daycare experience will be considered.
- Consistently punctual and reliable
- Warm, nurturing, and attentive
- Positive contributors to team culture
- Respectful of classroom structure and leadership
- Knowledgeable about child development and best practices
- Comfortable following policies, procedures, and licensing regulations
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Lead Teacher in daily classroom routines
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Assisting with curriculum activities and child engagement
- Supporting children’s social-emotional development
- Maintaining accurate documentation as required
- Communicating respectfully and professionally with families and staff
- Upholding all state licensing and company standards
