Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator II — Public Relations, Communications, & Marketing the Assistant Coordinator — Marketing (Communications & Outreach) oversees ASI’s communication needs in the development and implementation of the ASI brand, events, procedures, and social media marketing strategy with an emphasis in copywriting, social media strategy, ASI website development and management, and outreach coordination. This position oversees the student marketing assistants responsible for supporting these efforts. Additionally, all ASI employees are responsible for upholding the core values of the organization including but not limited to exhibiting professional behavior, acting as a role model to others, displaying a positive and cooperative attitude, communicating effectively, developing expert knowledge in area of specialization, and working together as a team.
