We are looking for talented Cafeteria personnel, who like to work in a team environment, providing quality meals to young adults. We offer a robust benefit package and growth opportunities! Grafton Job Corps Center is a great place to work! Pay is $20.67 per hour Schedule: 10:00am-7:00pm Thursday-Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Off. 11 Paid Holidays a Year! Vacation Time and Sick Time, Consistent schedule and rewarding chance to work with students!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to obtain ServSafe credentials.
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.
- Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degrees preferred.
- Prefer previous experience in food service.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the preparation and presentation of quality food.
- Assists in kitchen clean-up, washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation area to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas.
- Transports finished meals from preparation area to serving line.
- Keeps serving counters stocked with prepared food.
