Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an accounting role, experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting processes related to automotive sales, service, and parts including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry accounting practices and company policies.
  • Continuously assess financial processes for improvement and efficiency opportunities.
