Requirements

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in an accounting role, experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Manage accounting processes related to automotive sales, service, and parts including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and work proactively to resolve them.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and audits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry accounting practices and company policies.
Continuously assess financial processes for improvement and efficiency opportunities.
