About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Content Production Assistant will support the content production team by assisting with various pre-production and on-set needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience on set in the fashion industry or interested in learning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in a content production or related field.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of content production processes and on set experience is a plus.
Prior administrative assistant experience is helpful.
Experience with Ramp is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with all pre-production and on-set needs including: Creating and distributing call sheets for shoots.
Maintaining and updating contact sheets regularly.
Processing invoices and assisting with budget tracking.
Entering and tracking content expenses.
Organize catering for shoots with appropriate vendors.
Set up and breakdown of production related items at shoots.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including reserving conference rooms and sending reminders.
Conduct research for content projects and gather relevant information (including scouting locations).
Manage and organize production equipment and materials.
Coordinate travel arrangements for production staff and talent.
Ensure all production paperwork is completed and filed correctly
Pulling together model packages and ensuring all necessary details are included.
Assisting with any other tasks assigned by the Head Of Content Production.
