What You’ll Do As our Assistant Community Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations and resident experience. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with leasing activities, applications, and resident onboarding Supporting compliance with Section 8 and Section 42 (LIHTC) regulations Providing friendly, professional customer service to residents and prospects Maintaining accurate records and assisting with reporting requirements Collaborating with the Community Manager to ensure smooth property operations What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable A strong communicator with a positive, approachable attitude Comfortable working with diverse populations Familiar with affordable housing programs (a plus—but we’ll train the right person!)
