CAMS is on the search for a part-time Assistant Community Association Manager to aid in the daily operations of an HOA community located in Charlotte, NC. The work schedule for this position is 25 hours per week. The pay range for this position is determined by the candidate’s qualifications and experience. It will be further discussed in the interview process. General Description To assist the Community Manager and regional office with operations to meet the objectives of the Summerhouse Board of Directors and the governing documents of a given community by the management contract. To provide support for long-term planning and short-term operational direction for the Community Association. Have a flexible schedule with weekend coverage required, any weekend coverage will be compensated.
