About The Position

The Assistant Clinical Operations Officer will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Operations Officer in managing the clinical operations of our healthcare facility.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing (at least one year of supervisory experience is preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of care
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Operations Officer in managing the clinical operations of the healthcare facility
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff and provide feedback as necessary
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and clinical operations
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management
