As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This role involves visible routine patrols to support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. As this is a driving post, a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related concerns throughout the healthcare facility.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols within the healthcare environment.
Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and local law enforcement as needed to address security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
