Assistant Clinical Director
About The Position
The May Institute is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director, Adult Services in Revere, MA to drive clinical excellence in our residential and Day Habilitation programs for adults age 22+ with autism. In this leadership role, you'll mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts in autism and developmental disabilities. Your Role: Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top-tier ABA services. Track client progress and refine intervention strategies using data-driven insights. Stay ahead of ABA research and best practices, integrating new methods into clinical care. Maintain the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with ABA regulations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).
- 1+ years of experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
