Assistant Clinical Director
About The Position
Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, clinically strong Assistant Clinical Director to help lead our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) clinic in Alpharetta, GA. Requirements
- Georgia licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
- Active NPI number and CAQH profile.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience in youth mental health, family systems, and trauma work.
- Strong leadership skills and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Clinical Director to ensure excellence in client care and staff performance.
- Provide reflective supervision and coaching to therapists and case managers.
- Offer clinical supervision hours for LSWs, LACs, or equivalent pre-licensed staff.
- Provide strengths-based individual, group, and family therapy rooted in DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and treatment planning.
- Support wraparound care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Assist with ongoing program innovation and improvement.
- Monitor outcome metrics and ensure alignment with Embark’s gold-standard clinical model.
