Requirements
- Current RN license
- 1–2 years of clinical leadership or strong readiness to step into a leadership role
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Passion for functional medicine, integrative health, and people-first care
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Clinic Director to cultivate a high-performance, high-heart culture
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training with clarity and kindness
- Help maintain a workplace where every team member feels supported and valued
- Contribute to leadership meetings and culture development initiatives
- Administer IV infusions, IM injections, and other therapies with skill and precision
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, supplement benefits, and long-term wellness
- Maintain exceptional standards for compliance, documentation, and patient safety
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and ordering to keep clinic operations seamless
- Support the Clinic Director in meeting performance metrics and financial goals
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate on solutions to optimize efficiency
- Create a calming, informed, and professional experience for every patient
- Build relationships based on trust, transparency, and holistic support
- Address patient concerns with compassion and a problem-solving mindset
