Assistant Clinic Director – IV Therapy RN or Paramedic | Full-Time | Carmel, IN Are you an experienced RN or Paramedic with strong leadership skills? Join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director, where you'll play a crucial role in managing our outpatient IV therapy clinic, ensuring top- notch care for our clients, and supporting the Clinic Director in all aspects of clinic operations. Requirements

Active RN license or Paramedic certification
2+ years IV infusion or vascular access experience (required)
Strong IV skills (including difficult starts)
Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills
Comfortable educating clients and answering questions
Interest in holistic, preventative, or functional medicine
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted.
Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods.
Strong critical thinking, numeric, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Clinic Director with daily clinical operations
Perform IV starts, administer fluids/nutrient infusions, and monitor clients
Ensure a safe, high-quality, and welcoming patient experience
Document treatments accurately in the EMR
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance support
Help maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulations
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Stay updated on the latest nutrition infusion therapies and share knowledge with the team.
