Assistant Cafe Leaders (ACLs) are managers in training. They operate as the go-to person when the General Manager is not available and anticipate the needs of their team and cafe. The ACL collaborates with their manager to improve the cafe’s P&L statement through day-to-day operational support. They are cross-trained in the front and back of the house, while able to maintain quality standards across every position. ACLs facilitate their team’s training progress and ensure a commitment to G&B and GGET values and standards. ACLs are accountable for maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all staff.
