Requirements

  • Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, and billing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.
  • Organized, analytical, and committed to service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable, receivable, payroll, billing, and financial reporting.
  • Support budgeting and help monitor financial performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with department leaders to manage expenses efficiently.
  • Provide customer service to residents, families, and staff on billing matters.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements to drive efficiency.
