About The Position

The Assistant Brand Manager supports the execution of brand, marketing, and communication initiatives that strengthen the company’s market presence and enable sales growth. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to ensure consistent brand representation and timely delivery of key marketing assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with project management, including managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
  • Experience planning and executing events or trade shows.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing (B2B or manufacturing experience a plus).
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Excel (including spreadsheets, data organization, and basic formulas).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to the company’s yearly trade show program, including booth planning, logistics, asset management, timelines, deliverables, and on-site support as needed.
  • Collaborate with brand, sales, and leadership teams to ensure trade show messaging aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external company events, including preparing and organizing branded assets, signage, and collateral.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the marketing collateral library, ensuring materials are up to date, accurate, and on brand.
  • Track, manage, and replenish marketing collateral inventory, including printed materials, samples, giveaways, and promotional items.
  • Work with vendors to source, quote, and produce marketing collateral, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and production of marketing assets such as sell sheets, presentations, catalog updates, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with agencies, and external partners to bring concepts to execution while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Assist with proofing, editing, and quality control of all branded materials.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from kickoff through completion, including timelines, task tracking, vendor management, and communication across departments.
  • Maintain organized workflows, ensuring projects stay on schedule and stakeholders are informed of progress.
  • Support cross-functional brand initiatives, helping implement campaigns, product launches, and content updates.
  • Respond to sales team requests for collateral, images, presentations, and product information.
  • Prepare materials for customer meetings, conferences, and distributor presentations.
  • Ensure sales tools are updated regularly.
  • Assist in gathering data for marketing campaign reporting, trade show ROI analysis, and project summaries.
  • Maintain organized records, SOPs, and marketing documentation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.
  • Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
  • Attend scheduled EH&S training program.
  • Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.
  • Recommend improved EH&S practices.
  • Practices safe work habits and follows general safety procedures such as proper lifting and bending, ergonomics, proper use of equipment and use of personal protection equipment (PPE).
  • Follows Product Safety and Quality standards.
  • Follows GMP’s in regard to food contact packaging as it pertains to the employee.
  • Follows IPC product defense standards and complies with all SQF requirements.
