The Assistant Branch Manager participates in a comprehensive retail training program while working toward individual sales targets. In collaboration with the Branch Manager, this role helps cultivate a motivated sales and service team, ensuring that each member contributes to the branch’s success through a consultative sales methodology. A key responsibility of the Assistant Branch Manager is the development of team members through one-on-one coaching sessions and performance accountability. Additionally, this role focuses on strengthening customer relationships through proactive initiatives, which may include limited participation in community events and business networking opportunities. This position requires travel to multiple branch locations within the South/West Region. This position requires traveling to branch locations within the South/West regions of Pittsburgh. These branch locations include: Brentwood, Dormont, South Hills, Mt. Lebanon, Peters Twp, Pleasant Hills, South Fayette, & Washington. Travel reimbursement will be provided once a millage threshold has been met.
