The Assistant Banquets Manager supports the daily operations, service execution, and team leadership of the Banquet department to ensure every event - large or intimate - reflects Four Seasons' commitment to exceptional quality and memorable guest experiences. Working closely with the Director of Banquets and Food & Beverage leadership team, the Assistant Manager provides hands-on guidance throughout event setup, service, and breakdown while fostering a positive, engaged, and service-driven team culture.
