Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the cradle to grave preparations for Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) training, Joint Planners Courses (JPC), and Joint Task Force Headquarters Forming Courses (JTFHQ FC) including supporting the execution of those training/courses Support and produce documentation for MRX working groups Establish and maintain administrative supplies required to support training requirements Support MRX, JPC, and JTFHQ FC events network and building access Provide support to manage and track funds expended on printing of publications Review, de-conflict, and approve reservation requests for the usage of workspace Perform verification and ensure the accuracy of rosters produced to support participation and attendance at coordinated events Coordinate IT support for various training events, including but not limited to performing basic database search functions, ensuring student file sharing is enabled, and complete file management tasks Collect and collate data from surveys and perform basic math equations (e.g. calculating percentages) Assist in timely and accurate material packaging, processing, and shipping support Ensure complete, accurate, and timely changes to documentation managed under clerical controls authority Ability to travel and support training exercises, JPCs, and JTFHQ FCs Other duties as assigned and required Education High School Diploma Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of administrative/human resource experience Military experience and time on a joint staff or in a joint environment preferred Ability to produce clear and cohesive notes in support of working groups Perform all functional duties independently Communications and comprehension skills in English, both oral and written Ability to coordinate and communicate with Government leadership Conduct quality control efforts to ensure effectiveness and customer satisfaction Possess the capability to articulate well Proficient with Microsoft Office products Demonstrated capability to perform administrative work Self-starter and good time management skills U.S. citizenship required Extensive background investigation required Physical Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
