About The Position

This leader has operational accountability, oversight, and manages the daily activities of the skilled nursing facility in collaboration with, and in absence of the Administrator. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Require State of Florida Nursing Home Administrator licensure or must obtain within one (1) year of hire/promotion date.
