Delmar Gardens South , a 250-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in south St. Louis County, is looking for a dynamic, licensed Assistant Administrator. This individual must have exceptional communication and organizations skills and be able to work in a fast-paced leadership role. Requirements
- Licensed as a nursing home administrator or aspire to become licensed in the near future
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced leadership role
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the admissions process
- Heading up community outreach and marketing efforts
- Assisting with employee relations to include recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and scheduling of staff
- Having a good understanding of regulatory compliance and day to day operations of the facility
