Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Healthcare operations Post-acute or long-term care
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to serving the geriatric population

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
  • Provide oversight to department leaders as needed
  • Step in to support continuity during Administrator absence
  • Support and monitor Quality Assurance (QA/QAPI) programs
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in survey readiness and performance improvement initiatives
  • Support Human Resources planning and workforce development
  • Partner with department leaders to strengthen accountability and engagement
  • Promote a culture of service excellence and teamwork
  • Assist in development and execution of the facility Marketing Plan
  • Lead special projects in partnership with the Administrator and regional leadership
  • Contribute to operational improvement and strategic initiatives
