THE OPPORTUNITY: Our Assistant Account Managers play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance carrier staff. HUB’s Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • hold a high school diploma/GED (college preferred)
  • have at least 1-2 years of related insurance experience
  • are currently licensed or are willing to obtain an insurance license within 6 months of hire
  • have exceptional attention to detail
  • have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • have demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • possess a sincere desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process
  • Assist with marketing clients to carriers
  • Prepare quotes and proposals
  • Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone)
  • Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
  • Assist with coordinating premium financing and the collection of premiums
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files.
