  • Coordinate and manage RSVP process for select events and assist with event logistics—including menu planning, guest communications, run-of-show planning and more, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of Conference Concierge (CC) clients by supporting account teams, serving as a key liaison between the account lead and the CC team, and helping to execute strategies outlined by senior leadership.
  • Support incoming new business requests by developing proposals, letters of agreement (LOAs), pitch materials, and other client-facing documents.
  • Participate in strategic meetings when possible to gain insight into business development and deal-making processes. Assist with meeting follow-up and learn how relationships are built and maintained.
