About The Position

The Asset Recovery Specialist helps Clicklease minimize losses and improve recovery outcomes by coordinating repossession activities, supporting vendor performance, and resolving account-level issues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, working with data, and driving operational results.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in operations, collections, asset recovery, or a related field
Experience working with third-party vendors or external partners
Experience using CRM or case management systems
Experience investigating accounts, transactions, or discrepancies
Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities in a structured environment
Experience maintaining accurate documentation in operational systems

Nice To Haves

Experience in asset recovery or repossession environments
Familiarity with skip tracing tools and techniques

Responsibilities

Coordinate repossession and asset recovery activities with third-party vendors
Monitor vendor performance against defined service-level expectations
Perform skip tracing and asset location using internal tools and data sources
Investigate accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
Escalate potential fraud, misrepresentation, or documentation concerns
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation across systems
