About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in application architecture, enterprise systems, or asset management solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and architecting IBM Maximo solutions in complex environments.
• Deep expertise in Maximo architecture, configuration, customization, workflows, MBO framework, security, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) concepts, best practices, and system integrations (ERP, GIS, SCADA, IoT, APIs).
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and cloud or on-premise deployments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and communicate detailed Maximo-based solution architectures, including system integrations, data flows, and customizations.
• Lead the technical aspects of solution development, testing, deployment, and performance optimization across enterprise environments.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Review technical designs and code to ensure adherence to architecture standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
• Serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders, aligning solutions with business objectives and long-term asset management strategies.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, debugging, and implementation.
• Provide independent or collaborative leadership within project teams on client-focused engagements.
