About The Position

This role will define and implement the enterprise architecture for mobile and core data platforms within IBM Maximo, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. You will lead data modeling, integration, migration, and governance initiatives across Maximo modules, including Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, and Procurement. Working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams, you will align technical architecture with organizational objectives and reporting requirements. This position requires hands-on leadership in designing ETL processes, managing data quality, and overseeing system integrations with ERP, GIS, and other enterprise platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity and driving efficiency across the organization’s Maximo ecosystem. The role demands both deep technical expertise and strategic oversight in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, including architecture-level responsibilities for mobile and enterprise data platforms.
• Proven experience leading Maximo Mobile implementations and enterprise data architecture initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Maximo data modeling, database design, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere Optim and experience with data quality management.
• Knowledge of security, scalability, and performance considerations for enterprise mobile and data solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable Maximo Mobile and enterprise data solutions aligned with organizational standards.
• Define and enforce enterprise data architecture, modeling, and governance practices across Maximo systems.
• Lead data migration, conversion, and validation for implementations and upgrades, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Design and manage ETL processes for reporting, data warehouses, and integrations with ERP, GIS, and other platforms.
• Provide guidance on Maximo integrations using MIF, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical architecture.
• Maintain data integrity, consistency, and quality across all Maximo modules and associated enterprise systems.
